EDAF3 Sinker EDM

The latest version of the EDAF Series features an improved work tank flow pattern that removes debris from the work tank more efficiently. Also, the filtration system has been improved to include the ability to achieve 10% longer filter life. The EDAF Series features the Adapti Spark Function (AiSF). AiSF automatically adjusts the discharge current and jump settings which results in a more stable process with a reduction of machining time and electrode wear. The EDAF Series integrates thermal cooling of the Y- and Z-axis casting components to provide thermal stability and long-term sustained accuracy. The base casting of the machine is the dielectric reservoir which improves thermal stability and minimizes the machine footprint.
