J5 Horizontal Machining Center

Designed to address the challenges of large structural automotive die cast components such as subframes, beams, battery trays and shock towers. The J5 is a single pallet stacked axis machine with all linear motion on the spindle side. The linear axis travels (X1500mm, Y930mm, and Z650mm). This highly configurable machine has a robust set of option content allowing it to be closely matched to each operation’s requirements. Often installed in an automated sequential machining line, this single pallet machine with hydraulics and pneumatics ported to the table surface for fixture clamping and part seat detection. Part loading is typically through a gantry top loader or floor track robot automation.
