Addiguru's real-time monitoring solution provides layer-wise monitoring of additive manufacturing processes using artificial intelligence algorithms. It detects defects and anomalies in real-time, allowing operators to quickly identify and correct issues before they impact production. This helps improve process reliability, reduce waste, and increase efficiency in additive manufacturing operations.
Addiguru works on any LPBF or FFF machine, using primarily optical cameras, and also machine sensors and infrared cameras for interlayer temperature. When the software's artificial intelligence detects issues, it sends notifications immediately. It also makes available build quality reports.
Addiguru is available as an independent installation, as well as through bundling with machines.
