Our first commercial product, Ulendo VC (vibration control), more than DOUBLES the speed of an extrusio-based 3D printer over the performance of its stock firmware -- without sacrificing quality. This enables additive manufacturers and 3D printing service providers to DOUBLE the throughput of their machines. And for 3D printer OEMs, our software provides a competitive advantage by significantly improving speed and accuracy of their machines. Coming soon is Ulendo HC (heat compensation), an algorithm that optimizes the laser path of a laser powder bed fusion printer to cut heat-induced distortion in half.
At RAPID + TCT 2024, we are launching Ulendo Calibration-as-a-Service(TM), a hosted software solution that calibrates an extrusion-based 3D printer in just seconds to improve its speed and quality. This "first of its kind" software replaces the current time-consuming, manual and error-prone processes that involve printing and measuring parts or manually entering in numbers into equations.
