Healthcare Additive Manufacturing Unicorn Symposium/ Workshop Abstract:
3D printing in healthcare has become an integral service for many institutions. This symposium workshop will explore the current state of 3D printing in healthcare including “live” demonstrations as well as peripheral applications. Attendees will learn about the latest applied research and have an opportunity to discuss potential future applications.

Significance/Importance: This workshop will educate medical and medical-aligned professionals regarding applied 3D printing in healthcare. The breadth of applications highlighted will showcase the growing role of 3D printing and 3D aligned-technologies Add this program to your registration for $525. Lunch will be provided. Theme: Broad Application of 3D Printing in Medicine

Intent to capture:
Live demonstration of cardiac case • Live demonstration of ortho cutting guide • Unicorn cases (last year medical subspecialties) • Forensics • Animal/Veterinary Medicine • Human case • Patient story- Walter Reed or other hospital • QMS panel - Validation/verification • RSNA SIG Presentation on registry & impact
